Where is the Pacific Beach Hotel located?
The Pacific Beach Hotel is located on the east end of Waikiki with easy access to the freeway, fronting world famous Waikiki Beach.

How do I get there?

• From Airport, take Nimitz Highway heading East
• Stay on Nimitz, Nimitz eventually becomes Ala Moana Boulevard
• Pass Ala Moana Shopping Center on your left
• From Ala Moana Blvd, turn right onto Kalakaua Avenue
• Continune Kalakaua Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles
• Turn left onto Lili‘uokalani - the entrance to Pacific Beach Hotel is on your immediate right

How far in advance do I need to make reservations?
Please make reservations 12-18 months in advance.

When do I need to make a final confirmation?
Planning should be completed and confirmed one month prior to your reception. Any changes thereafter must be noted and confirmed by the Catering Office.

When does payment need to be received?
Guaranteed Count. Patron(s) agrees to notify the Hotel (by noon, excluding weekend) at least seventy-two (72) hours before the function of the guaranteed minimum number of persons that will attend.

Full Payment. Full payment based on the Guaranteed Count is due severnty-two (72) hours prior to the function date.

How many people can the hotel accommodate?
From 30-750 persons, banquet style.

Where are the receptions/ceremonies held?
Indoors at any of our banquet spaces.

Is there ample parking for my guests?
There is a covered 6-floor parking structure on the property. Validated self-park and valet parking is available on the day of function.

How many guest rooms are available? Are there special group rates?
Total of 837 guestrooms/suites. Please inquire about special group rates.

Is outside catering allowed?
No outside catering allowed.

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. However, we have an excellent in house bakery that can accommodate your needs.

Can I supply my own alcohol/drinks?
No. We have variety of selections of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages in house. Please contact our catering manager for details.
