Our guest services staff is here to provide you with information on hotel activities, attractions and other services. Faxing, courier, postal and photocopying services are also available. Located on the 2nd floor of the Oceanarium Tower.

Self-service kiosks provide high-speed Internet access and basic computer applications available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Located on the lobby level across from the Front Desk.

Sun Deck with Pool and Whirlpool Spa

Enjoy a refreshing alternative to Waikiki Beach with our pool and whirlpool spa, located on the fourth floor sundeck. Open from 9:00am – 9:00pm daily.

Beach Towels are provided at following locations:

Tennis Courts

Delicious options for breakfast, lunch* and dinner available from 7:00am – 10:00pm daily*.

Travel Desks

Our friendly staff is available to assist with bookings and information on tours for the island of Oahu and to the neighbor islands. Located in the lobby area.

Coin Laundry

For your convenience, coin-operated washers and dryers are available at the Laundromat on the 4th floor sundeck of the Oceanarium Tower and on the 5th floor of the Beach Tower.

Valet Laundry

Arrangements for same-day dry-cleaning and laundry service may be made through the Bell Desk. Laundry picked up by 9:00am is returned by 8:00pm that day. Available daily except holidays.

Self-Parking/Valet Parking

Convenient and secured covered self-parking available for hotel and restaurant guests at discounted rates. Self-parking is $20 per day with in/out privileges. Valet parking also available for overnight hotel guests - $24 per day.
